If I was sitting in the cockpit of a 737, taxiing, and wanting to shop, what would I do, where are the breaks??
Where are they in the cockpit, I know where the parking break lever is, but NOT the normal breaks!
Thanks

I dont know about shopping from the cockpit, but if you wanted to stop, the brakes are on the rudder pedals ,by pressing the tops of the pedals with your toes the aircraft will stop, each brake is independant of the other. If you have CH usb brakes there is analog braking just like in the real aircraft.
Wallace.
what controller do you use, keyboard, joystick, or yoke and pedals? if you look in setting and assignments you will see which button works the breaks.. if you use pedals, you can break left and right independently,(good for turning), if you use a joystick its usually the trigger, and both breaks evenly for a straight stop. if you use a keyboard, go buy a cheap joystick as a minimum... bob L
Drive fast. Take chances
The one on the right is the brake, the one one on the left is the clutch.
Sorry, I couldn't help myself. ;-)
Haveing a brakes button on the panel is dependent on what panel you use. Some designers have added a button you can press for brakes. You can also add the gauge yourself with some panel editing software.
In a real jet there is no button on the panel, you use the rudder pedels to stop the bird.
Now if your going shopping, I could use some grapes and a gallon of milk while your out.
Thanks...
... and I always thought the 737 would have an automatic gearbox! ;-) :-lol
