new video card

i have win xp and need a nvidia card to display corectly with my new edimensional 3-d glasses. now i have a
s3 graphics prosavage 32mb. i was wondering if i purchased a new e-GeForce4 MX 420 64MB SDRAM AGP Graphics Card, would it be a half decent new card, better than my last one, and can i just go down and buy it then have it installed and be set to go.

I've never had a MX card, but many of the users say it is not a good card for fs2002. I do have a GF4 TI4200 64 meg card, and I'm very happy with it. Runs dual monitors really well, too, which a feature that I cannot be without anymore.
