There is also a program called easynavs available at www.flightsim.com, "en2k351.zip" that allows you to add in all of the MISSING navaids in fs2002, strange how fs98 had all of the ndb's in the country in it, but fs2002 is missing quite a few ndb's that are initial approach fixes for precision approaches.
Alas, the only way you can do it, is with the FMC that are in the heavy iron. Even though you can shoot a true GPS or overlay in any G/A aircraft that has an IFR box it's not possible in the game. The GPS may look like a full IFR certified box but it has no more capabilities than a handheld.
