Anyone had success at down loading this beta version? If so, any comments on performance, i.e. is it worth downloading

So sorry, didn't realise you needed your own, personal thread...

What really annoys is that you only needed to scroll down the page and you would have found the other post. But you couldn't be bothered, could you..?

And no, I'm not linking to it for you. Find it your bloody self.

Mr Evans, I usually respect your comments, but you can be an ignorant fat head at times. For your information, I was posting this before the other thread "appeared" on my screen. I suppose the moderators or the internet have some control over when posts appear. No, please don't apologise, apparently it's not in your nature, what with you being an "investigative reporter", who's that with teh Daily Mirror?

    Posts appear instantaneously.
You control when the posts appear.
Not the moderators or the `internet`. By attempting to insult me you have only succeeded in demonstrating your computing inadequacies. I therefore strongly recommend you leave the beta file for DX9.0 alone - you're in way over your head.

Next time try the `refresh` button.

    Simon,

Why don't you try the refresh button on our attitude, it stinks.

What follows is a joke but is not medical advice:

    Grahame,

You forgot to caution readers that if they DO try to read "Fear and Loathing ..." they are liable to break several ribs.
