Python Interface and seasons

I have steam edition X-plane 10.50. Are the python interface and seasons compatible with 10.50. I cannot seem to find a posting that explains a exact way to install if it is possible. I thought I did it right and then it was crashing the sim. I had to eventually reinstall x-plane. I'm new to python and just looking for a good starting point, if there is one. I posted this on another site but received no response.

There's a zip file called PythonInterfaceDocuments.zip that contains all the necessary information, including PythonInterface_UserGuide.pdf
