Try running the WOAI installer as administrator with compatibility for XP SP2.

Make sure you are using the correct new installer. I have used it with W7-64 Pro OEM and no problems with FS9.

 

For troubleshooting look at AIFP:

 

FS2004/FSX AI Flight Planner Version 2

 

aifp2121.zip

 

Also try running the woai installer with a right click run as admin.

 

Check the paths the woai installer is using.

Hi John, if they've installed correctly the planes will be in the Aircraft folder and the flightplan .bgl files will be in the Scenery/World/scenery folder.
