To expand on this: Yes, we know; and no, it doesn't work. I really have no idea how anybody can be any clearer.

Okay, I'll give it one last try... NO, it does not work. YES, we actually KNOW it does not work. Based on knowledge it can be said that it does not work. We state that it does not work because we do know that it does not work. We are aware of the fact that it does not work, so the answer pertaining to the latter is "No", but if you ask whether we know, the answer is "Yes... we DO know". What is it that we do know? We do know that it does not work. It is known by us that it does not work. It does not work, and we are aware of that fact. Why do we state that it does not work? Because we happen to know that it does not work. Because we know it does not work, we can with confidence inform you that it does not work.

Well, regardless of the exclamation mark instead of a question mark, it is grsammatically a question, and seems to be perceived as such by just about anybody else but good old Mattius himself.

Why formulate a sentence as a question when it is not meant as a question? Huh, Mattius? Huh? You answer that, eh (grin)?!

Considering, (I assume), by your name that you are not English & I am, then I think I have a more commanding knowledge of the English language than you! I can not believe how pathetic some of the replies that I've received are. I asked a genuinely good question & all you lot can do is take the ****! Shame you haven't got anything better to do with your time.
