SF Pilot
Hi Guys, I've got an existing system using five monitors and wonder if an additional PC for some of the monitors/views could produce better sights? I'm a prof pilot but not a pro computer builder. I'd love to run all the sights nice and high, but my PC only supports one video card. I'm using the following parts. Gateway FX6860 I-7-2600 cpu, 3.4ghz, 8gb ram Win7 SP1 2 TB HD Nvdia GTX 770 64 bit Feeds (5) monitors. (2) Dell E228WFP Guages & GPS/Radio stack (1) Matrox 3-1 (3) Dell E228WFP Ext views. BigC208
Hi there. What you can do is built a new machine that supports at least two graphic cards to run your five monitors for the outside view. Use your old one to run a seperate instrument panel. I run an I7 5930k with three gtx980ti gpu's for the outside view and an I2500k for the instrument panels with two gtx970's.
