The original publisher is 'Just Flight'. I asked for a refund but they refused. Here is the link to my dropbox which includes the installation package as well as the serial number key that you need to install it. It looks like a great mission and is free for anyone who wants it. Here is the link to the folder. First come first served. I never installed it on my machine and it's clean. It is compatible with normal FSX.
