PhantomTweak
Starting engines in sub zero freezing weather is very tough as engines are started spewing some smoke Aren't they ALL bitterly cold up there??? :D :D Another great set, Aharon! Thanks for the great pictures. Peace to you! Pat☺ [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Had a thought...then there was the smell of something burning, and sparks, and then a big fire, and then the lights went out! I guess I better not do that again! Sgt, USMC, 10 years proud service, Inactive reserve now :D
Rupert
Aren't they ALL bitterly cold up there??? :D :D Pat☺ Sorry for the world, no they're not! I am a bit of a weather buff & I've noticed several days it was warmer in parts of Alaska this fall and winter than it was her in Greater Appalachia. GLOBAL WARMING IS REAL! Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.
PhantomTweak
GLOBAL WARMING IS REAL! I won't discuss stuff like that, other than to say, the Earth's climate changes. It get's warmer, it get's colder. There have been times when the poles were tropical 1/2 the year, and times when the entire world was covered in glaciation, right down to the equator. So, maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but the one sure thing to count on is that it will change. And lets face it, a couple hundred years, where the Earth's climate is concerned, isn't enough observation for accurate statistical analasys. A few thousand, maybe. Not the couple hundred we have so far. At least in the white-man's, Eurocentric history. Just my two cents. Pat☺ [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Had a thought...then there was the smell of something burning, and sparks, and then a big fire, and then the lights went out! I guess I better not do that again! aharon
Peer01, Phantomtweak, Rupert, NMLW, Fsimmer98, Lifejogger, KCD, and Linersimpilot, Thanks for your kind words Nice screenshots! Which 727 model? Fsimmer, it is good old fashioned 12 year old Vistaliners model that is FREEWARE. Rupert, the flight was set in early 1970 meaning people during that period did not know what global warming was but they sure knew what ozone problem was hence banning aerosol sprays :) Regards, Aharon
