Even after reading their FAQ's I purchase anyway to see the quality of the airport. Not worth the money. First, the jetways do not operate. When I contacted their support, they stated that they may issue an update in 2016 to get them working. Really? Airport software that doesn't have jetways? Anyway, the support was ok, kinda of curt but I let it pass. The detail was not there. Definitely not there. I am comparing to FSDT's KIAD which I own and love. It has jetways, moving vehicles, etc. just like a real airport. ImagineSim's doesn't. Anyway, I let them know that I was disappointed in their product. They responded rather rudely that I should have not purchased after reading the FAQ's. I will never purchase another ImagineSim product again.
