jlsmth
I have just reinstalled fs9 on my windows 7 home premium machine. When started the colors are all washed out. Also in settings display my graphics card does not show up as recognized. I have upgraded the driver for the Asus nvidea GTX285 but to no avail. I know it is an old card but in the past fs9 has worked well with it.
ViperPilot2
Try rolling back to your old Driver, and see if that works. shanwick
Or take out the card and put it into another slot if you have one. Windows might recognise it then. I've had this sort of problem with Windows not recognising hardware before and this "trick" has worked. Dijvid
jlsmth
I tried rolling back the driver and that did not work. About moving the card my other programs fsx and cfs2 and everything else has great colors so they are recognizing the card. So you are saying a particular program may not recognize it even if the others do?
JSkorna
Is FS set to 32 bit color? http://www.air-source.us/images/sigs/000219_195_jimskorna.png
tiger1962
Try re-installing DirectX 9.0c, it may be missing from your new Win 7 install. Tim Wright "The older I get, the better I was..."
