1) The most easy tool to make screenshots is to hit the "Print Screen" button of your keyboard. By doing so you'll get the entire screen into your clipboard as a bitmap. Start "Paint" paste and enjoy!
2) It's possible to record movies from the desktop but you need a whole lot of extra computer power for it. Beeing at work right now I don't remember the name of that utility I have. It really works very good but my PC (1 GHz) is much to weak for fluid recording while FS is running. I'll look after the name tonight...

There are a number of screen capture utilities around. I use one called Grabber2K that has the advantage of being able to store a number of screenshots without needing to save each one first.

OK as promised here we go: The freeware to produce own videos from the desktop is called "CamStudio" and comes from "RenderSoft". But as I told you you'll need a really fast computer.
