evm Posted July 7, 2015 Share Posted July 7, 2015 Thanks, now I finally understood this acronym. At first it was the GPU (ground power unit), and now it is the APU (airborne power unit). Nothing wrong with that, isn't every bigger jet equipped with one of those? Or is this the ground air (starter) cart they took along to make sure that they can restart their engines at their destination (or in the air for that matter)?
