What am I missing? Downloads are visible only when you are logged in with your order number(s). You will need the original confirmation emails you got from CS. f16jockey_2 Posted July 7, 2015 Share Posted July 7, 2015 About a year ago I lost my installers and my order numbers, due to a crash. A simple email to support@captainsim.com was returned with a complete listing of my orders and their numbers. IMO the only thing they've checked was my email address.
