It's seems pretty fine to me.

You have a CPU with a good clock rate. This is a big factor and it seems like you have the right CPU for that.

The GTX960 is a solid performer; 4GB GDDR5 should do.

I read from somewhere around this forum that 8GB should also be right around optimum.

Just make sure that your computer has adequate cooling.

On the software side, Windows 7 x64 is still recognized as the best OS for FSX. Be sure to install FSX somewhere other than "Program Files!". (e.g. C:\Flight Simulator X)

No guarantees, but judging from my experience with a lower-end laptop that I used to use (not the laptop in my signature) , your computer, which is far superior, should be able to run the addons without much difficulty.

See http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+A10-6700+APU for the benchmark placement of the CPU. I don't think you will have a satisfying experience with those add-ons. When it comes to AMD, high clock ratings don't equate to FSX performance. Flame-suit on.....

One of the more interesting charts is the relative rankings for single-thread performance: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/singleThread.html .

Since FSX is basically a single-threaded application these data are particularly relevant.

That chart shows why Intel i5 and i7 CPUs are recommended for FSX, if one has the budget. AMD simply hasn't been able to keep up with single threaded performance.
