SMS overland tyre texture with white stripe..need help to correct just the tyre

Hi, Anyone able to help/ advise on correcting SMS overland B777-200LR texture (which I like very much), unfortunately the tyre texture have strange white stripe. The owner didn't not respond to request.. any advise on easy/ quick method to correct only the tyre texture will do thanks.

Thanks for the reply.. I have attached the image...hope the attachment works.. but I have realize that the problem tire texture issue seems to be due to after editing/ saving the bmp file using an application DXTBmp. a seemingly good texture bmp file once open via DTXBmp application (with/ without making changes) and saving it.. the texture when open in FSX showed while/ stripe mark on the tires.. seems to be a common problem? I have encounter quite a few overland textures in flightsim who have the problem.. totally clueless.. wonder anyone use this application to repaint/ edit texture encounter such problem thanks? help greatly appreciated

Would you be able to post a link to this repaint (or another one that has the problem) and one that works? I don't have this addon but would like to look at the textures.
