But this guy's got more money than brains, apparently, and he's imagining "arguments" and uses for this thing that don't add up. People who CAN fly, already are. They're not waiting for a "flying car" to get in the game. And the airspace is already "layered", and it's unlikely the system will get modified to suit this guy and his product anytime soon.
