logic28
Good day to everyone, I seem to have had an issue after installing REX 4 Texture. The Orbx scenery does not work anymore. Tried the obvious and unistalled REX… re-installed Orbx but it won't work now, not even without REX. Seems like some lines have been moved around but I don't know where to look for that. Any thoughts on that ? Many Thanks
av8tor98
When you installed the Orbx scenery, did you make sure to apply the area in FTX Central? I've not had any issues with Rex textures and Orbx scenery causing issues with each other. After all, Orbx has its own textures, landclass, etc, and will ignore any Rex ground textures. At least I think that I have this correct. logic28
Thanks for answering so soon, The problem seem to have resolved itself !… After repeating the procedure of removing both softwares from the machine and re-installing them now the Orbx scenery is fine again. However there seem to be a problem with Orbx; in fact, upon request for the weather engine location, it will not let me navigate and clicking on the browse button has no effect. Anybody had similar behaviours ? Thanks
av8tor98
Glad you got the scenery part worked out :) Since I don't use REX's weather engine, I cannot comment on the possible solution. I only use Active Sky Next.
