Avro Arrow and Nuclear Bomb !

I have a problem thats driving me mad !

Having seen the fantastic DVD called The Arrow about Canada`s amazing 1953 fighter CF-105 Arrow I searched for one on the net and found the ALPHA-CF105-Arrow and downloaded it.

I like this one as it has opening bomb bay doors and the missiles extend under the fuselage

So, decided to make this a Nuclear carrier and added this to the smoke system in the Aircraft file :-

Its a missile and nuclear bomb effect that can be added to any aircraft!

 

The trouble I keep getting is this:

Whenever I take off and engage the F3 or F4 for engine thrust - it releases the nuclear bomb !

 

This does not happen on any of the other aircraft I use the bomb on !

My guess, and guess it is, nothing else, is that one of the light or other smoke effect turns the smoke on when the throttle is above a certain %. Note the several [light] section entries, such as fx_ALPHA_CF105_exh1, or fx_ALPHA_CF105_smoke in the [smokesystem] section. I'll wager that in the panel someplace is a gauge that controls effects or something similar. Essentially, when the engine spools up above a certain %N2, it engages certain lights and/or the smoke to get an exhaust smoke effect. Unfortunately, when it does, well, you launch the missile, as it is also in the [smokesystem] section. You will either have to forget what you are trying, or disable the exhaust smoke fx's engagement.

But again, this is all just a huge guess on my part. Hope maybe I'm at least in the ball-park :D

Had a thought...then there was the smell of something burning, and sparks, and then a big fire, and then the lights went out! I guess I better not do that again!
