mrzippy Posted February 28, 2015 Share Posted February 28, 2015 Edit the Road FSX traffic not the xml The LWcfg.xml file from that download goes into the same place that your FSX.cfg file is. It replaces a similar file that you cut and paste to somewhere safe if you want to go back to the way it was. That .XML file is what controls the vehicle speed.
