If it's your own repaint, I can't help there as I don't know anything about painting.

If it's downloaded, it just may be the way the painter designed it so there's nothing you can do.

FS2004 Brown And Gold Learjet 45

Did you notice that it's for FS2004 and not FSX. It's a different texture format.

FSX is in .dds format and FS2004 is in .bmp format.

Did you post in the wrong forum, by any chance?

Try copying a texture.cfg from one of the default texture folders and paste it in texture.playboyb.

FSX is in .dds format and FS2004 is in .bmp format.

That does not matter, .bmp files work in FSX OK.

Glad the OP got it working! Now it was this part of the install instructions that didn't do it for me:

2. Go to the "texture.1" folder in "lear45" Aircraft Folder and copy ALL THE FILES EXCEPT FOR "Lear45_T.bmp" to the new sub-folder you created (texture.playboyb). YOU SHOULD ONLY COPY THE FOLLOWING FILES:

Lear45_2_C.bmp

Lear45_C.bmp

Lear45_D.bmp

I gots no .bmp files to move over from my texture.1 folder. Everything there is in .dds format.

As you stated earlier, this repaint is for FS9, not FSX.

Believe it or not, while some things work in both versions, there are significant differences in the sims.

In FSX the texture.cfg compensates for the missing files.
