I thought I would brighten things up a bit, it seems like my shots are always dull and dingy. So with a few texture changes and some great real weather, here is the end result.

Scenery - Orbx

Aircraft - A2A P-47

Weather - REXE+Overdrive

Repaint artist - Jan Kees

Love the friendly banter between Jan and Adam...always amusing :) Spectacular pics of the old fighting tank, Adam. I got to know several old timers who flew the aircraft in WWII. Superb gentlemen they were. Thanks for sharing!

Joe, I consider Jan a good friend, even though we never met in person and separated by a few thousand miles. :) Maybe that's a good thing now that I think about it. ;) Anyway, it's been a ton of fun over the years and I hope many more. :)

Thank you for the kind words Joe, appreciate it. :)

gorgeous! what an awesome plane the jug was. I've seen documentary interviews and read accounts from pilots about the awesome effect of those eight 50 cals all firing at once. knocking over railroad cars, sinking ships, etc. not to mention its legendary toughness and effectiveness as a high altitude fighter.

Very bright and vivid! Nice ones Adam.....There was a gentleman that lived by my brother who flew P-47's in WWII and later flew F-4's in Viet Nam. He had some wonderful stories about shooting up rail cars, trucks, tanks and anything else that moved in France and Germany. Also had a lot of photo's of his P-47 and damage done by his group.
