Is This Plane Available?

OK, I do not intend to beat this to death, as the "left turning" question has been addressed ad-nauseum...However, having said that:

Is there a single engine aircraft (pay-ware, free-ware, donation-ware, sacrifice your first born child-ware, cut off your left nut-ware) that is available for X-Plane that has been altered to correct the infamous left hand turn problem? I have found several jets that fly just fine, and several multi-engine ones too...Just have not found anything that will let me fly "low and slow" without going around in circles...Thanks for your advice!
