Hickory, North Carolina USA Just enjoying the beautiful Fall season weather here in North Carolina this week. I went up to the Hickory airport for the afternoon, hoping to spend some time aloft admiring the fluffy clouds. I was not disappointed. The afternoon proved to be as beautiful in Hickory as it was here in Charlotte when I left to drive up to the airport, earlier in the day. The temperatures were perfect at 72 degrees.
