Hello,

This is my first time posting for P3D. I would like to know about some add-ons for P3D. For my FSX I have UTX, GEX, REX+ Overdrive and FS Genesis and others that don't need to be mentioned. I was wondering, should I try and do the same with P3D or should I go the ORBX root?

First off, check each addon you are considering and find out if it is authorized for use in P3D and supported. If not, you proceed at your own risk...some products will work fine, others will not function well, if at all.

Thanks for your feedback. I was not planning on using my FSX add-ons for P3d. If they have them for P3d, I would use them.. I was wanting to know if it would be better to use them if they are or would the Orbx add-ons be a better choice?

You are talking about visuals - only you can make that call. GEX is not available for P3D. UTX will be having a P3D version down the road. Orbx is very good and currently is the only product of it's type available for P3D.
