    Default Why won't winds get above 11kts?

    I am wondering why the winds won't get above 11kts even when you select the worst weather you can possible create!!
    If you press SHIFT + Z, the winds won't indicate higher than about 11-12kts!
    How can you make the winds blow like real winds?
    I want to practise crosswind landings! :)
