Thread: I lost my Autobrake!

    Default I lost my Autobrake!

In the past, when an autobrake selection was made, brakes activated automatically just as they should have activated during the landing roll. Somewhere along the line, I apparantly have done something that negates this function. Spoilers do deploy automatically when armed and reverse thrust works fine, so I assume that my throttle calibration is not the culprit. I have lost my autobrake activation for some reason. I do not know where this is addressed in the config or air files. As near as I can tell, FSUIPC has nothing to do with this function either. Manual brakes work fine. I do have USB CH foot pedals. Anybody have any ideas?

RTH, I've been suspecting the same lately. Since I have removed the red "brakes" text in lower left corner I'm not absolutely sure if they are being applied either. I have a feeling I share your problem. I'll be interested in this thread. I have lost a few things since SP1. No longer am able to see other planes in area when I hit CTRL + Q. I get my follow view and that's it. I doubt new drivers would have any impact here.

I think I have found it. The solution was so simple I overlooked it until I installed the new v2.91 fsuipc.dll. Recalibrate the brake pedal axis for left and right brake under joystick in fsuipc. Apparantly if the left and right brake axis are not processed in fsuipc, autobrake does not function. Works great on my first try anyway after calibrating my brake footpedals.
