is there any way to get jetways at airports that don't have them?

You would have to use a scenery design program like Airport for Windows or FSSC. I suppose you could add just gates to the existing default airport through trial and error. However, most addon airports are complete new scenery that excludes and replaces the existing scenery.

Hopefully the rush is over for their newest package on scenery enhancement. It took me a week to download, and get a download that I could unzip after being notified of the update. I believe they have what you are looking for.
