Can anyone recommend any decent terrain mesh for Greece by any chance? Freeware preferably.

There is freeware terrain mesh for Greece (and the rest of Europe) by Josiah Haut available at flightsim.com. The two files for Greece total approx. 30MB.

As for decent? That's subjective. It's better than the default and it is free.

Try Library at www.avsim.com and look up Greece in FS2002 Scenery. There are at least 10 different add-ons for Greece and Cyprus from a few hundred kB to tens of MB. All free.
