Private Pilot Checkride

Okay, for some reason I cant seem to pass this darn thing. I do everything correctly according to the examiner. I decend to 1300 ft then turn to base leg, and then land as normal. However when I do land I dont hear that I passed or anything, its as if the examiner failed me but I was not notified of such. Im just wondering what I could be doing wrong that would cause me to fail. Or is there a bug in that exam. Any comments on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the link, I think this site will help me a great deal. One of the things I dont think helps is the joystick I am useing, its hard to make a steep turn with it and be accurate. I have failed three times in a row due to this. I will just have to get another one when finances permit. Again, thank you very much for the help
