Thread: windshield upgrade

  1. Default windshield upgrade

I am flying a B737 but at night, I can hardly see the runway on approach. Should I go for a new windshield (quite costly) or go for new sunglasses.

... euhhhh, yes,I forgot to tell you that I was wearing some yellow lenses sunglasses in my dark room at night... like the old good pilot who wear this kind of Ray-Ban and leather jacket...

Yellow lens sunglasses are for low-contrast visibility, not low-LIGHT visibility.

If it was foggy in your room it might make sense, but only a loser or a Ramone wears sunglasses after dark...

Try upgrading your monitor..this may help some. And then take off the glasses!!!!
