Tried out the X-15 in X-Plane 10 last night. That plane will shake the teeth right out of your head.

Hello !
A shaking aircraft ? Reduce your rendering options, and increase the number of flight models per frame:

Please note, the X-15 is not designed to take off from a runway but released from a NB-52. Learn more about it here:

Could also be the art stab that is set to high, can cause odd behavior. Was this on the latest beta?
No, to land on a runway, you have to drop a part of the lower vertical stabilizer. In your video, you still have the complete stabilizer.

Well, a minimum of 3 models pr frame and lower the video settings. Many think "i got a new high spec pc" and they max out the settings. Wrong, no pc in the world can handle that.
I was just sitting on the runway after loading the aircraft. I know nothing about it actually. Once it loaded I saw what you see in the video. My version is not beta, this is the latest retail version I purchased from the pilot shop. It says version 10.11.
Dan
How many flight models do you have each frame. I think the default is 1, i have 5.
Try set it to 3 if you don't have allready. I did try the X15 on 10.20b10 and it was steady as a rock.
If you still have issues i can downgrade to 10.11 and see how it is there.
