Whats the best free scenery design program?

Hi

Lately i have been using fssc (flight sim scenery creater) i believe its made for fs2000 and i find the details lacking on things such as taxi ways, Whats the best program for fs2002? With detailed taxiways which curve at corners, have alot of nice airport buildings and terminals etc. etc.

Any opinions would be great.

If you want to stick to Freeware tools, either Airport or FSSC are your best options.

By the way, did you know FSSC 1.5 is just out now ?
Has a lot of new features (o.a. for taxiways).
