'Shift Enter' to lower view; 'Shift Backspace' to raise view and just hit the 'Space Bar' to normalize the view. You can also press 'W' to cycle the panel to mini panel, or turn it completely off giving you a complete full screen view of the runway.

If you know how to add third party gauges to panels ,then there is the very good freeware 'view shift gauge' ,that does the same job as 'Shift enter' 'Shift Backspace' as described by NMLW in his reply ,it just makes it a simple mouse click within the panel rather than fiddling with the keyboard.
Its a nothing fancy ,but an extremely useful utility.
PS if you are not AU-FAIT with third party gauge installation but like the sound of the 'view shift gauge' then this freeware A380 PANEL

Probably available here at FSCOM/or there at AVSIM ,comes with a rather neat version of the 'view shift gauge' already installed (not a bad panel either amongst the available choices of freeware offerings for the A380 )
