Maam dc3 / c47

I'm looking for the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack. The MAAM site
offers a link to it which is directed at the Flightsim.com library. The link appears to be invalid and so do
many of the links to Flightsim.com (from the MAAM site). Please tell me why the links are invalid and
if possible where I can find "MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack".

NOTE: Included on R4D / DC-3 / C-47 5th Edition CD's, produced after June 3, 2005, all subsequent editions, and the Download Version of the package.

I would therefore conclude that the original download from Flightsim was withdrawn by MAAM.
