It seems to be non-existent! Doing a Google search turns up the planes from there are listed on Avsim and someone is saying that site has been hacked into!

It used to be a sub-section on AVSIM for an excellent Fokker F70 F100 freeware addon for FS2004 and although flyable in FSX as a model it's panels were not working in FSX. The only F100 freeware I know of for FSX is the Premier Aircraft Design F100: http://www.premaircraft.com/fokker100/index.html And there's a payware F100 from Digital Aviation: http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=fokkerjet an excellent modelled aircraft but it only comes with a 2D model, no 3D.

Sorry to say but it looks like Project Fokker Jetline has ceased after many years of support as there was no more new developments planned. All the models (and many repaints) can still be downloaded from the avsim library.
