Default FSX / Windows 7 / CH Products

I have recently bought a new PC on which to run FSX the spec is as follows:-

    Intel i7 3770K 3.4Ghz overclocked to 4Ghz CPU
    Gigabyte Z77X UD3H Wifi Motherboard
NVidia GTX 660 Ti DDR 5 2Gb Graphics card
    8Gb Corsair Vengeance Memory 1600Mhz
    2TB 64Mb Cache 7200RPM HDD
    Xigmatek Tauro 700w PSU
Win 7 Home Premium 64 Bit Operating System

I am experiencing problems trying to get my CH Throttle and Combat Stick to work with FSX on the new system.

Essentially the hardware won't retain calibration to a stable state so both controllers will operate erractically.

I have tried various combinations of calibration - within FSX / with Windows / using CH Control Manager. I have also tried using both USB 2 and USB 3 connectors.

    Grateful for any experience/advice?

You can try going to the CH Hangar for particular issues and a lot of good tips. I have the USB FighterStick, Pro Throttle and pedals and all are working perfectly with USB2 in Win 7 64 bit Home Premium and a system similar to yours (not overclocked though).
One thing I do have that I don't see listed in your post is a purchased and registered version of FSUIPC where I calibrate my controllers. Maybe that's the diff?

Thanks - I think USB 3 is the problem
