    Default Freeware C-17

    Anyone know of any freeware C-17 aircraft? Love seeing these planes in real life, brings back miltary memories.

    The FSX library here at Flightsim has 5 complete. I did not look at the FS 2004 library to see how many in there might be compatible.

    I looked in the file library but they said texture only for Area 51 plane. I'll try looking again.

    simviation.com has the freeware UKMIL C17 for FSX and a patch.
    Just go to the site and search for C17

    don't know about free ones but I have Virtavia's for 2004 and love it. Much better than Area 51.

    Tried UKMIL and it was good until I saw Virtavia's,,,thats the one I want! Thanks for the info gentlemen. Have any of you actually flown in one of these?

    I've flown the UKMIL C-17 with Enrique Medal's 2D C-17 panel (panel_2d_fsx_c17.zip) on many missions for Strategic Air Mobililty Command virtual airline. It's a great plane.
