It looks like you are having problems with Parking Spot #11

"INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR: #C2642: Parking Tee offsets are limits are 0.100000 to 50.000000 Meters"

    "ERROR: teeOffset3 = 0.01"

    What version are you using?

    "ERROR: <FSData
    ERROR: version = 9.0"

Parking Tee offsets are not available in FS9.

It kinda looks like you are trying to compile a .bgl for FSX using BGLComp for FS9.

    That will not work.

You would be better off building it for FS9 and then you can use it in FSX. You will lose several features doing this, like Parking Tee offsets, but a .bgl for FS9 may work in FSX.
