My repaint doesn't work!

Hello Guys of Flightsim

When I try to repaint a 737-800W for AI, (I'm painting the Ryanair Fleet). On my aircraft list it doesn't show up or is Grey.

I have done all the AIRED stuff to get AI Planes onto my list, they have all worked but my repaint didn't.

Could I have some help

Make sure you save your textures in DXTbmp as Extended Bitmap- 32 bit 888-8. They should display correctly then
