Yes, I read about it.

It appears many airlines are using external/out-sourced agencies to provide such services for them, and that agency's rep did not show up at the right place and right time.

I just got back from ORD after dropping someone off for an international flight. For a first-timer, the experience can be a bit overwhelming especially if one has to make a change of terminals...
