Is this the trial version or payware version. Looking at the FAQ at their site is says the trial version has problems with buildings at the airports.

Looks to me like you have more than just building textures missing, unless that 747 is operating out of a grass field. Please read this post and then give us a complete run down on what your computer system entails.

this is a payware version .
Every time i choose PMDG747 voice commander will have this problem

I am using windows 7 32 bit.

To find the DX10 Preview option check box, Start FSX>Goto Settings>Customize>Graphics, the DX10 Preview check box will be on the right hand side of the window in the Global Options portion above Light Bloom & Lens Flare check boxes.
