I guess I'm not familiar with that language? I know a little Spanish, French and even Canadian but no Vatsim. Is that spoke at the
Vatican?

What do you mean? ATC phraseology? There are many tutorials on this subjets. Try using google.
You only need to download the software from the VATSIM site and install it. The voice cliënt is included in the install.
When no ATC in your area than you monitor a frequency called UNICOM and broadcast (pilots intentions) is used by text messages.
When ATC is online in your area than you can switch to he's frequency (via your panel radiostack) and than you can communicate via voice if, ofcourse, you have a mic
The language of aviation is english so you have to make an effort for that. Most "no habla englese" come online with there expensive high i7 core riggs without there 5 dollar mikeboomer plugged in and use only text because they dont master some of the basic ATC phraseology which is realy not difficult if you ask me.
And if I may add a last remark; I like IVAO more because the software is more userfriendly and refined. But that is just from personal experience.
Regards
Are you asking how do you communicate in Vatsim?? There is Squawkbox or FSInn. If youre looking how to communicate with ATC such a phrase wise look into the FAA AIM. This link is for VoxATC but it helped me out with radio communications as well ...http://www.voxatc.com/Content/voxATCXHelp.pdf

First you need a headset with a mic, then you can choose between FSINN and Squawkbox4 to connect. The link Torker gave above is a good start. learning how to phrase questions and answers will take some time, but most of our controllers are very good at helping. My advice is to log on to a busy airport, at the gate and listen to communications between pilots and controllers.
How to switch to he's frequency, what is the frequency?
You will need to use the radio panel in FSX. ATC freq should be displayed to the right in squawkbox ie.. LAX_GND 121.65. In FSINN, click ATC, and it should show the radio freq and ATC name.
Why I cant see the radio freq after i opend FSINN ATC?
What are the steps after i connect to vatsim.
