Processor Speed and FPS Question

There is a guy on Youtube called Jon5700. He is running his processor at 2.4GHZ. I'm running mine at 4.1 and he is getting +100 FPS and I only get 16-50. I have more RAM than him too. I don't get it. Why is my FPS so bad with a high processor speed?

I have never seen his stuff but see which airports people fly out of along with the amount of traffic and other addons like REX and other scenery but more importantly the airport because I have an AMD 955 black with GTS 450 4 Gig of RAM and if I go to an airport with little to no traffic and weather my fps shoots through the 150's but at my favorite large airports with weather and I'm anywhere from 10 on the ground to 35 in the air.

I've always been a big believer of tip #1. FLYTAMPA IS THE BEST! Also Stefan from Aerosoft is by far the leader in Aircrafts.
