well for one thing the updates are automatic. plus they can solve issues with your computer. i did not use them befor either. but they can solve preformance issues with the computer and you don't have to do any thing. also how old is this video card? and is it getting enough power from your computer?

ok install them updates and try the card again. but depending on how old the card is it maybe getting wore out. when was the last time it was cleaned? it gets hot it won't run very good either. fans need to be checked and cleaned about once a month. dust is like a blanket for these machines. and they don't like being hot. sir may i also suggest you try this? http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showth...on-Guide/page4 i started at page 4 but thats where the first post is. it's a lot of reading i know but it may help you solve your problem. i don't think you completly took out the old drivers and you now have a confilict. try this link and see what happens.

well it was a fresh install, everything got deleted, installed windows, installed drivers.

I don't know....I'll just trow the PC out the window lol. I'm sick of this. I don't think it has to do with the PC being old but the truth is that the PC is old...I don't have the smallest clue.

Is this how a PC should behave? Let's take GTA IV, everything is set at max, no lag, no nothing (the PC can handle the game) but every lines is jagged badly. Does every game need to be ran with nvidia inspector and all that stuff pumped up? I though you just put everything to max in the game and you're good to go.

This PC things are starting to wear me out...I'll just stop playing anything because it's time consuming and it's getting on my nerves trying to make this game run good, wait til I win the lottery to buy a PC with the latest parts on the market (latest parts my a**, new parts come every 5 seconds) or just stop playing at all cause I'm getting to old for this...

Thanks for your help anyway, the last thing I'll probably do is to reinstall windows again, the game, drivers etc and see if it works. If not, then you'll see the first ever PC who made it on the moon with the help of my foot

no i don't think it's the pc. if you read the link i was provided and then provided to. nd then provieded to you it may help you. but i don't think you read the link. nor did you answer my question as to how old the card is? did you make sure that the drivers are compatible with you operateing system is you system 32 bit or 64? if you do not have the right drivers you will have problems. if the card is getting wore out it will not work as you expect it to preform. giving up on a problem will not solve a thing. sure computers change every year. but if you like the programs you play don't you think it's worth a little money for a better video card? if you have a freind that has a pc ask them if you can try the card on there pc. it's normal on theres then it tells you the issue is with your machine. i have a pc in my closet from 2004 and never had a problem like this.

"nor did you answer my question as to how old the card is?"

"PC is from 2007" = GPU is from 2007. Actually I think it's newer since I received a new one thanks to the warranty. The first one was damaged and burned.

I read the post and I'm coming back to what I said before, driver was installed after reinstalling windows. That means I reformatted the PC...there wasn't any old driver installed since the everything on the pc was deleted.

I'm giving up because I'm tired and 20% of the time I played FS and 80% of the time, "repaired" it.

    I'm done

how does a card get damaged and burned? something tells me that the first card was not taken care of. but if you want to give up thats fine to. the dodgeing of questions and ignored information make me want to abandon this any ways. me and another gentelman tried to help you. but we have scetchy information. no screen shots to even see what we're working with as far as an aircraft goes. nor do we see what settings you have. we're not psychic we need more information. and with this we don't have it.

To add to that. Not even a mention of the model of video card or system specs? It may be the Video Card is so old the latest drivers and NI aren't compatible. I suspect that is the case. Seems there was a cut of for that. Using a GTX 580, latest drivers and Nvidia inspector. I assure you AA works fantastic using setups similliar to Nicks.

If it were me. i would uninstall the latest driver and NI inspector. Use a driver cleaner utility and its instructions. Reinstall the driver I knew that worked and setup Nhancer as it was before. The key is DRIVER CLEANER.

Could give more suggestion but don't even know what OS he's using? And end the end, the comedian Ron White had a rather catchy comedic expression.

Just lock this topic please...I'm sick of ending up looking like I'm mad for no reason..or because nobody understands anything or wants to sound smart.

I suggest you get some glasses or visit a doctor asap because you don't understand anything. I'll have to draw you a map or do a documentary just to make you understand what my name is.

PS - " Reinstall the driver I knew that worked and setup Nhancer as it was before" - what do you understand from "everything is the same like when the game used to work perfect" ???
