Aircraft not showing up?

Hello,
I have a good friend who I avidly discuss all things aviation with and he's having some issues in the aircraft selection menu. He has all the filters set to show everything, including the varients, but I guess there are some planes that dont show up. To quote:

"I have a United CRJ-700 downloaded and if I add another plane, it's nowhere to be found in the aircraft selection menu."

Any help would be much appreciated.

Check and make sure you have "Show All Variants" checked at the bottom of the Selection Aircraft menu.

Check to be sure the added aircraft has a valid panel...

He may have downloaded a re-paint and not the full plane.

The exact name of the file might help us, if he downloaded from our site.
