Trim?

I'm a little confused by the trim wheel, and was wondering if it was the same as with a joystic, forward for pointing the nose down, back for pointing the nose up more?

Forward/down rotation should bring the nose down and backward/up rotation should bring the nose up. You can reverse it if using an axis for your trim wheel. Another pointer would be to view the trim wheel in the sim and the move your actual trim wheel while looking to see if both rotations match.
