Which grahic card will run fsx best or does it make a big difference the 1gb GT 630m is a 100$ cheaper here are the laptop specs,

The Notebook Check link is a great place to compare laptop video cards. In this case the 650M is going to significantly more powerful and better for FSX. A 650M has 384 unified shaders vs 96 for the 630M.

Generally speaking, yes. For FSX the 650 is better, but don't expect fps miracles. The system you listed above with the GT650m would be able to run FSX (w/typical add-ons) at a flyable frame rate with medium to medium-high graphical/AI settings, plus or minus.
