hi there.
The way I have mine set up for four engine is to have 4 levers for the engines (there isn't rearly a lever 1,2,3,4. I just use the four levers closest to my hand as I have them set up on my left hand side). Reading from left to right I have 4 levers for the engines, 1 lever for all the mixtures, 1 lever for all the prop pitch (unless of course you are flying jets).
The throttles have reverse detents. So you can retard each throttle to idle or push past idle for reverse.
I have two of these throttles and they work a treat. Just make sure to calibrate them and delete any of the pre-configured settings for them. Otherwise they may chatter (calibration not done) or operate some strange things (like retarding throttle causes screen to go to outside view).
Once they are set up correctly they work a treat.
Some people have one of the levers set up for flaps but I don't know how you do that.
